The Captain and the Gypsy a new radio single for Clelia

The Captain and the Gypsy, the very personal story of Clelia meeting the man in her life, is already receiving great airplay throughout Europe in Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Belgium & the UK. Released on Hillcrest 78 in Europe (www.hillcrestcd.com) and in Australia on CRS 185 (www.crspublicity.com.au

Moving to Mullumbimby from my old hometown of Tamworth in 2000, I met a man. There was chemistry. The rest is history, recalls Clelia.
It is also the universal story of two people coming from completely different backgrounds, cultures and life experiences coming together to find the common ground required to make a relationship work.

Take one rambling Italian Cowgirl and one retired seafarer and you get the true story of the Captain and the Gypsy. And a happy ending!

Clelia's previous radio single Play the Song - the anthem for Independent Artists to be hears of mainstream radio achieved its aim. Reaching # 3 on the Australian Country Tracks chart in May 2015, it enjoyed a 20 week stay there. A great achievement for an Independent Artist. Also a hit in Europe, Play the Song reached # 5 on the Netherlands chart and garnered for Clelia a finalist berth in the 2015 Southern Stars Independent Artists Awards for the Capital News Independent Artist of the Year.
